Received the Wrong Order?

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within five days of receipt. Email [email protected] with your contact information, original invoice number, and photos of the item. We’ll provide a return authorisation number and instructions.

Changed Your Mind?

We encourage thoughtful selections. Returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchases are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Received a Faulty Product?

Contact us at [email protected] within five days of receiving a faulty product. Return the item in its original condition within 14 days of return approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item.

Return Instructions for Faulty Products

After return approval, repack the goods in original packaging with the tax invoice, and send to the provided address. Use a Registered Post or trackable courier, as we are not liable for lost items. Upon receiving and assessing the product, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Return costs for faulty items will be refunded.
